Wow.. It has been nearly 4 months since my last post. While I could give you multiple excuses that have some grain of truth to them such as starting a business, being busy with the holidays etc. they aren’t really the reason for the hiatus. It boils down to the start of the NBA season and my wonderful wife buying me NBA League Pass. For those of you who don’t know what that means… awesomeness, but more specifically I can watch any NBA game within 24 hours of tip off. Unfortunately (or fortunately if you enjoy reading my blog) our internet in recent weeks has decided it can’t really keep up with the streaming speed. I love paying money for bandwidth I can’t really use! Don’t you? This leaves me with more time to blog. Yea?
In other tragic news the power supply on my laptop broke, again. I’ve ordered another one, but don’t expect it for another 3 weeks. In the mean time I will be sharing my wife’s computer. Morgan appreciates when I blog because she too gets the blog-slacker bug, but if I’m staying on top of things she doesn’t feel guilty about it. I believe she’ll let me borrow some time on the keyboard. I’m not going to make any promises on the fervor of my return. You never know.. my League Pass might start working again.

I’ve been pretty erratic about posting too. Life is hectic and finding time to sit down and write can be hard. I have made a fortieth birthday resolution to get better at it though – a post a week is my goal. We’ll see how that turns out. Hopefully, you’ll get your computer problems sorted out soon (fingers crossed here) so that we can see more of you

I am also away from the computer for 3 months of every year and it takes a bit to get back in. sorry to hear your laptop is out of order again – I dont know what I would do without my PC – lost a laptop once along with all the data – hope you gotta backup! keeping up with blog posts can get kinda ..well … draining so hang in there.
